Refund policy

At Pharmazest, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original condition

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Exchange (if available)
  • Refund (in eligible cases)

Refunds are processed after product inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for used products or change of mind.
